Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Category Vendor Manager for the EMEA region with remote work options. You will oversee vendor performance, implement governance programs, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality clinical trials.You will build relationships with third-party providers, monitor SLAs, and drive CAPA and risk mitigation.

Previous CRO/vendor management experience is preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years vendor management experience.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical/CRO industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor performance and SLAs to ensure quality and timelines.
• Establish and maintain a vendor governance program strategy.
• Monitor risk and manage CAPA plans with cross-functional teams.
• Support vendor assessments, qualifications, and audits.
• Foster a one-team culture through inter-vendor collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Represent Vendor Management in sponsor qualification audits and risk reviews.
