Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Category Vendor Manager to oversee the performance of external vendors in support of global clinical trials. The role focuses on maintaining supply security and quality across the vendor lifecycle, using governance tools and KPI-driven management.

You will build strong relationships with third-party providers, monitor performance against SLAs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of vendor management experience, preferably in Pharma/CRO.
• Experience with vendor governance, performance measurement, and CAPA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the performance of all clinical vendors to ensure security and safety of supply across trial lifecycles.
• Implement vendor governance program strategy and monitor compliance with SLAs and quality standards.
• Support study teams in resolving vendor performance issues and CAPA implementation.
• Develop and report on vendor performance using scorecards, surveys, KPIs, and risk mitigation plans.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement across vendors and internal teams.
