Job summary

Connect Me Car Finance is a remote, full-time consumer finance broker regulated by the FCA, serving customers UK-wide. You will handle existing applications, explain finance choices and guide buyers toward suitable vehicle purchases while ensuring responsible borrowing.

No cold calling; warm leads only, with structured onboarding, ongoing coaching and a clear pathway to progression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Direct sales experience in motor finance, automotive sales or brokerage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers who have applied for car finance and received an initial positive lending decision, building rapport and understanding their needs.
• Understand each customer's circumstances, vehicle preferences, purchasing intentions and affordable monthly budget.
• Explain available finance options, lending conditions and responsible borrowing.
• Proactively manage your pipeline, prioritise opportunities and progress applications to completion.
• Introduce optional vehicle protection products when appropriate, explaining benefits and costs.
