Amex GBT is seeking a Business Travel Consultant to join our highly skilled remote team, delivering exceptional service to corporate clients across the UK. You will work in a fully remote setup within the UK, supported by our inclusive culture and travel technology innovations.

The role requires advanced GDS knowledge (Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo), prior business travel experience, and a passionate commitment to client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in business travel required.
• Excellent client service with proactive needs anticipation.
• Strong communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (individuals and groups).
• Research travel options and anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services.
• Book domestic and international business travel in air, rail, and accommodations.
• Use GDS systems Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo.
• Ensure compliance with travel policy and provider policies.
• Provide courteous telephone service and handle special requests.
• Collaborate with team to coach and improve service levels.
