The Wildlife Trusts is seeking a Business Services Manager to translate the 2030 Strategy into operational reality across the federation. You will act as a connector between strategy, services, and delivery, supporting Trusts to adopt an improved operating model while respecting local context.

You will manage relationships with wildlife trust leaders and service owners, tracking engagement and impact, driving practical change, and ensuring measurable benefits across teams and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in federated or multi-stakeholder environments.
