Surrey Wildlife Trust seeks a Fundraising Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver a successful fundraising strategy that diversifies income streams. You’ll secure major gifts, manage relationships with philanthropists, corporates, trusts, and foundations, and drive membership growth and legacy giving.

• Proven experience in fundraising leadership with expertise across multiple income streams.
• Track record of securing major gifts and partnerships.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities with donors, corporates, and foundations.
• Strong storytelling to translate conservation work into compelling fundraising cases.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and evolve fundraising strategy to grow income and ensure financial sustainability.
• Manage a talented team across fundraising functions to create campaigns and appeals.
• Strengthen relationships with key donors, corporate partners, trusts and foundations.
• Expand membership, philanthropy, and legacy giving programs.
• Collaborate on individual giving campaigns with colleagues and senior leadership.
