You will collaborate with Trusts, service owners and delivery teams to streamline processes, track engagement and impact, and foster practical change across multiple stakeholders in this diverse, mission-driven charity.

Qualifications

• Proven account management skills.
• Experience across strategy, services and delivery in complex federated environments.
• Motivated by turning strategy into action and improving operating models.
• Experience in service design, service performance, organisational improvement or portfolio level working.

Responsibilities

• Translate 2030 Strategy into operational reality across The Wildlife Trusts federation.
• Act as a connector between strategy, services and delivery; improve service performance and impact measurement.
• Support Wildlife Trusts to access and engage with services, tracking uptake and engagement.
• Collaborate with service owners and delivery teams to reduce friction and improve outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to join up activity across teams and services.
