Job summary

Armstrong Watson is recruiting a Business Services Director for our Glasgow office. The role focuses on managing client relationships, driving growth, and leading a team within the Business Services division.

You will oversee fee setting, staff objectives, and performance, while developing new business and supporting recruitment and people-related matters to sustain our momentum and maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and network.
• Proven track record in driving growth and opportunities across service lines.

Responsibilities

• Conducting client meetings and acting as a Relationship Manager for a designated portfolio.
• Raising and approving fees for own portfolio.
• Setting objectives for direct reports and monitoring progress and KPIs.
• Monitoring performance and providing feedback to the Business Services Partner.
• Signing off documents and accounts where legally acceptable.
• Building own professional network to generate new business.
• Assisting with recruitment activity and people-related matters.
