The role requires a fully qualified accountant (ICAS/ICAEW/ACCA), excellent communication, and a track record in leading high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant under ICAS, ICAEW or ACCA.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conducting client meetings and acting as Relationship Manager for a designated portfolio of clients.
• Raising and approving fees for own portfolio; setting objectives for direct reports and monitoring progress.
• Signing off documents/accounts/returns where legally acceptable; building networks for new business.
