Job summary

2point0 Group is hiring a Business Development Manager for the estate agency / PropTech space. The role is fully remote across the UK with a basic salary of £35,000 plus uncapped commission and an OTE of around £70,000–£75,000.

You will prospect, qualify opportunities, and close new business while supporting clients through onboarding. Ideal candidates have experience in estate agency or adjacent property sectors, are strong on the phone, and comfortable with high activity targets.

Qualifications

• Comfortable making outbound calls to generate new business.
• Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline through consistent activity.
• Experience speaking with owners, directors and senior decision-makers.
• Able to learn a relatively complex product quickly and present it clearly.
• Strong presenter who can structure a pitch and articulate commercial value.
• Commercial, resilient and self-motivated with a results focus.
• Comfortable working remotely without constant supervision.
• Experience in high-activity sales environments like recruitment or call-centre sales is a plus.
• Understanding of estate agency sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Proactively calling estate agency businesses from a provided database.
• Build your pipeline through consistent outbound activity.
• Speak with business owners, directors and senior decision-makers.
• Qualify opportunities and book demonstrations.
• Deliver structured, consultative pitches.
• Demonstrate the platform and explain its value.
• Negotiate and close new business.
• Support new clients during onboarding.
• Maintain your pipeline and reporting of sales activity.
