MRSL Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the UK market for frequency control and timing solutions. This home-based role focuses on winning new business, building long-term customer relationships and developing design-in opportunities across the electronics industry.

You will promote quartz crystals, oscillators and related timing components, interfacing with OEMs, CEM/EMS, distributors and engineering teams to understand technical needs and deliver appropriate

Formación

• Experience in technical sales within electronic components industry.
• Ability to generate new business and manage customer accounts.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK electronics market.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline and drive design-in opportunities.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
• Promote frequency control and timing products, including quartz crystals and oscillators.
• Collaborate with OEMs, distributors and EMS partners to create new applications.
• Understand technical requirements and recommend suitable component solutions.
• Support customers through design-in and design-win processes.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts and activity reports.
