Job summary

Abracon seeks an Associate Product Manager for Frequency Control & Timing to support the regional timing product line, including quartz crystals and MEMS timing devices. You will act as the regional extension of the timing team, handling day-to-day product support for sales, distribution partners, and customers in APAC/EMEA, with an option to work from a regional office (Salford, England) or remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in engineering, applications, field application, product, or technical sales role with electronic component manufacturer or distributor.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional point of contact for Timing product inquiries from sales teams, representatives, distributors, and customers.
• Assist on pricing, quotation requests, and part number recommendations.
• Coordinate sample requests, part number setups, datasheet and specification requests with engineering and operations.
• Support new product introductions by gathering launch inputs and preparing launch collateral and training materials.
• Assist with product lifecycle activities, including PCNs, last-time-buy, and end-of-life communications.
• Collect and organize regional market, competitor, and customer data to inform roadmaps and proposals.
• Track sales, bookings, and design-win activity; prepare reports for leadership reviews.
• Deliver product training and presentations to regional sales teams and partners.
