Job summary

Abracon is seeking an entry-level or junior Associate Product Manager to support the Timing product line (crystals, oscillators, RTC, MEMS timing). This role offers hands-on experience in product management, working with engineering, marketing, and sales to drive growth across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Advanced Business or Finance degree preferred.
• 2-3 years in electrical/component/applications/product engineering or similar.
• 1-3 years in product management or related role.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key stakeholder in managing the product line’s revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and launches.
• Support product lifecycle including introductions, support, maintenance, and end-of-life evaluations.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to drive product adoption and success.
• Conduct market research to define next-generation product roadmaps.
