Job summary

Tria Recruitment is seeking a motivated Business Analyst in Eastbourne to support digital and ERP-focused delivery. You will gather requirements, map processes, document user stories, and assist with ERP activities in a hybrid delivery environment.

Join a collaborative team, build strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to testing and data requirements. The role offers a competitive salary and a hybrid on-site requirement (1–2 days per week).

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Business Analyst within digital, technology, or systems change environments.
  • Exposure to ERP systems (MS Dynamics, or similar).
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, process modelling, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to produce clear documentation such as user stories, workflows, and process maps.
  • Some experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
  • Comfortable working with tools such as Visio, Excel, Jira, Confluence, or equivalents.

Responsibilities

  • Support workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather and clarify business and technical requirements.
  • Document user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and AS-IS/TO-BE process maps.
  • Assist with ERP project activities, including process mapping, data requirements, testing support, and partner/vendor coordination.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand needs, manage expectations, and ensure alignment throughout delivery.
  • Contribute to impact assessments, readiness planning, and UAT preparation.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered correctly.

Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year


Requirements
