Job summary

RS UK & Ireland is seeking a Business Analyst to shape solutions that deliver business value. You’ll work with stakeholders across business and technology to uncover needs, define clear requirements and translate ideas into outcomes that improve online experiences and performance.

The role supports delivery across the full lifecycle, partnering with global teams and applying BA frameworks to drive continuous improvement within a collaborative BA community. Remote UK-based role.

Qualifications

• Bridge between business and technology stakeholders, translating needs into testable requirements.
• Experience in digital commerce or customer-focused environments.
• Experience working on global or multi-market initiatives across regions.
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and supporting tech.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across business and tech teams to create shared understanding.
• Engage stakeholders early to identify needs and shape direction.
• Explore, analyse and validate business needs.
• Define and document business needs, requirements and solution scope.
• Ensure requirements are clear, testable and traceable from need to outcome.
• Produce clear, testable requirements with traceability from need to value.
• Collaborate with SMEs, architects and engineering to enable solutions.
• Support delivery through the full lifecycle to ensure alignment with outcomes.
• Partner with global stakeholders to deliver digital commerce initiatives and improve customer experiences.
• Help measure benefits and demonstrate delivered value.
• Apply consistent BA frameworks and methodologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the BA practice.
