Job summary

RS UK & Ireland is seeking a Business Analyst to shape solutions that deliver business value. You’ll work with stakeholders across business and technology to uncover needs, define clear requirements and translate ideas into outcomes that improve online experiences and performance.

The role supports delivery across the full lifecycle, partnering with global teams and applying BA frameworks to drive continuous improvement within a collaborative BA community. Remote UK-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience working on global or multi-market initiatives across regions.
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and supporting tech.

A Business Analyst plays a key role in shaping solutions that deliver real business value. Working closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams, you'll uncover needs, define clear requirements, and help turn ideas into impactful outcomes. From analysing complex challenges to supporting delivery and measuring success, you'll be at the heart of driving change, influencing decisions, and continuously improving the way we work. What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate with business SMEs, architects and engineering teams to enable effective solutions.
• Support delivery through the full lifecycle, ensuring requirements remain aligned to business outcomes.
• Partner with global stakeholders to support the delivery of digital commerce and customer-focused initiatives that improve online customer experiences and business performance.
• Help measure benefits and demonstrate value delivered.
• Apply consistent BA framework, standards and methodologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the BA practice/communities.

What You'll Bring

• Strong understanding of business priorities, objectives and outcomes, with the ability to support evidence-based decision making.
• Experience acting as the bridge between business and technology stakeholders, translating needs into clear, testable requirements.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital commerce, eCommerce, customer experience, or customer-focused environments.
• Experience working on global or multi-market initiatives, partnering with stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.
• Understanding of digital customer journeys and the technologies that support seamless customer experiences.
• Experience owning requirements through the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment to business outcomes and benefit realisation.
• Knowledge of Business Analysis frameworks, standards and methodologies, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• A collaborative, curious and outcome-focused mindset, aligned to RS Values.
• Professional BA qualifications (e.g. BCS, IIBA) are desirable.
