A Business Analyst plays a key role in shaping solutions that deliver real business value. Working closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams, you'll uncover needs, define clear requirements, and help turn ideas into impactful outcomes. From analysing complex challenges to supporting delivery and measuring success, you'll be at the heart of driving change, influencing decisions, and continuously improving the way we work. This role sits within our Digital Commerce and Customer domain, supporting initiatives that enhance the customer experience, optimise digital journeys, and drive commercial outcomes across our global business. We are seeking a Business Analyst who can operate effectively in complex, customer-focused environments and partner with stakeholders across multiple regions to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build strong relationships across business and technology teams to create shared understanding.
• Engage stakeholders early to identify needs, shape direction and support successful outcomes.
• Explore, analyse and validate business needs.
• Define clear problem statements and desired outcomes using structured Business Analysis techniques.
• Define and document business needs, requirements and solution scope.
• Ensure requirements are clear, testable and traceable from business need through to delivered value.
• Produce clear, testable requirements and maintain traceability from need to outcome.
• Collaborate with business SMEs, architects and engineering teams to enable effective solutions.
• Support delivery through the full lifecycle, ensuring requirements remain aligned to business outcomes.
• Partner with global stakeholders to support the delivery of digital commerce and customer-focused initiatives that improve online customer experiences and business performance.
• Help measure benefits and demonstrate value delivered.
• Apply consistent BA framework, standards and methodologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the BA practice/communities.

What You'll Bring

• Strong understanding of business priorities, objectives and outcomes, with the ability to support evidence-based decision making.
• Experience acting as the bridge between business and technology stakeholders, translating needs into clear, testable requirements.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital commerce, eCommerce, customer experience, or customer-focused environments.
• Experience working on global or multi-market initiatives, partnering with stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.
• Understanding of digital customer journeys and the technologies that support seamless customer experiences.
• Experience owning requirements through the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment to business outcomes and benefit realisation.
• Knowledge of Business Analysis frameworks, standards and methodologies, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• A collaborative, curious and outcome-focused mindset, aligned to RS Values.
