Job summary

RS Group is seeking a Business Analyst to shape digital commerce solutions across global markets. You’ll work with stakeholders from business and technology to capture needs, translate them into clear requirements and support delivery that improves online customer journeys and commercial outcomes.

You will help measure benefits, apply BA frameworks, and contribute to a growing BA community while aligning with RS values and strategic priorities.

This role sits within our Digital Commerce and Customer domain, supporting initiatives that enhance the customer experience, optimise digital journeys, and drive commercial outcomes across our global business. We are seeking a Business Analyst who can operate effectively in complex, customer-focused environments and partner with stakeholders across multiple regions to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Bring

• Strong understanding of business priorities, objectives and outcomes, with the ability to support evidence-based decision making.
• Experience acting as the bridge between business and technology stakeholders, translating needs into clear, testable requirements.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital commerce, eCommerce, customer experience, or customer-focused environments.
• Experience working on global or multi-market initiatives, partnering with stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.
• Understanding of digital customer journeys and the technologies that support seamless customer experiences.
• Experience owning requirements through the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment to business outcomes and benefit realisation.
• Knowledge of Business Analysis frameworks, standards and methodologies, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• A collaborative, curious and outcome-focused mindset, aligned to RS Values.
• Professional BA qualifications (e.g. BCS, IIBA) are desirable.
