Graduate Career Solutions is seeking a Building Surveyor in Exeter to join our client's team. You will produce clear, professional reports, identify defects and risks, and advise on next steps after inspections.

The role requires a Building Surveying degree, RICS or RPSA membership, a valid UK driving licence, and the ability to obtain a basic DBS check. Some home-working is allowed when not on site, with mileage covered by the company.

Responsibilities
