Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd. in Cornwall is seeking a Building Surveyor to join an independent consultancy delivering professional surveying across residential, commercial and public sector portfolios. The role is permanent with a salary range of £35,000 to £50,000.

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ building surveying experience, strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage projects. MRICS status is advantageous but not essential.
