Job summary

Indra Group UK & Ireland is seeking an ITSM Consultant to support the analysis, design, implementation and deployment of BMC Helix ITSM within TfL’s long-term ticketing project. You will assess existing ITSM platforms, document configurations and requirements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define the target solution.

The role requires hands-on BMC Helix ITSM delivery, strong change and incident management knowledge, and proven experience with migrations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing BMC Helix ITSM across projects.
• Experience in Incident and Change Management and CMDB modules.
• Proven track record delivering ITSM migrations and transformations.
• Ability to run workshops and gather requirements with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis, design, implementation and deployment of BMC Helix ITSM.
• Assess existing ITSM platforms and migration needs.
• Document configurations, customisations, integrations and business requirements.
• Collaborate with tech teams and stakeholders to define the target solution.
• Identify risks and technical challenges.
• Support activities including configuration, testing, deployment and go-live.
• Deliver workshops and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Provide ongoing support and evolve the platform post go-live.
