Job summary

Peregrine seeks an experienced BMC Helix Engineer to design, implement, configure, and support enterprise ITSM solutions. The role covers cloud deployments, automation, and integrations to deliver robust service management capabilities.

You will work with cross-functional teams, develop workflows, and contribute to platform upgrades, tooling, and documentation while ensuring security and reliability across hybrid/remote environments.

Qualifications

• Strong experience administering and developing within BMC Helix ITSM.
• Extensive knowledge of Change Management, CMDB, Asset Management and Smart IT.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON and XML.
• Proficiency with scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• BMC Certified Professional and ITIL/Agile/Scrum/SAFe certifications are desirable.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are a plus.
• Security Clearance (SC) is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain BMC Helix ITSM solutions.
• Administer and enhance core ITSM modules: Change Management, CMDB, Asset Management, Smart IT.
• Develop workflows using AR System and BMC Helix Integration Studio.
• Build integrations via REST/SOAP/JSON/XML with external apps.
• Create automation scripts in Python/PowerShell/Bash and support CI/CD with Jenkins/Ansible.
• Assist in platform upgrades, patches, migrations, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, development, security, and service management teams.
• Produce technical documentation and operational procedures.
