Job summary

Harvey Nash Plc is seeking a Senior BMC Helix Engineer to own a large-scale BMC Helix environment. The role requires active SC clearance and a hybrid work arrangement with visits to Manchester or Birmingham.

The engineer will lead design, configuration, and ongoing support of ITSM solutions, drive integrations and automation, and manage CMDB, discovery, workflow, and service catalogue capabilities to deliver scalable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active SC clearance
• Strong experience with BMC Helix ITSM and/or Remedy
• Expertise in ITSM processes, CMDB, and workflow automation
• Experience leading technical teams or enterprise platform delivery
• Integration experience using APIs and related technologies
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• ITIL knowledge and enterprise-scale environment experience
