Job summary

MPLC is seeking a Billing Administrator to own end-to-end billing operations, including invoicing, payments, and data accuracy across multiple lines. The role sits at the intersection of Finance, Customer Service, and Administration, ensuring renewals stay on track and data is clean.

You’ll handle high-volume invoicing, inbox management, and CRM-driven account updates, with some time-sensitive queries requiring resilience and good judgment. Hybrid or remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Billing operations and invoicing experience.
• CRM and billing platforms familiarity.
• Data entry and reconciliation skills.
• Customer service and inbox management.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and issue customer invoices; process payments and apply to accounts.
• Reconcile discrepancies, manage credit notes, refunds, and adjustments.
• Mail bulk invoices daily; amend PDFs for accurate delivery.
• Review renewal pricing and terms; ensure contract accuracy.
• Manage credit control inboxes and lead data in CRM.
• Maintain organized records and support management with reports.
