Job summary

MPLC is seeking a Customer Success Executive to join our Customer Success Team. You will own a portfolio of existing customers, driving renewals and expansion while minimizing churn.

You will verify license coverage across all sites, handle objections, and coordinate with Legal and Finance to ensure invoices are paid on time. Remote working is available, with 25 days’ holiday and private medical insurance.

Qualifications

• This role requires 2–5 years in customer success, account management, or licensing with renewals.
• Ability to handle objections calmly and consultatively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating with Legal and Finance on renewals and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of existing customers and drive renewals and expansion revenue.
• Verify license coverage for every site and newly added locations.
• Manage a high-volume outbound calling cadence to support renewals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client contacts at varying seniority levels.
