Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a meticulous Bid Writer to support the preparation, development, and submission of tender proposals, bids, and RFPs. You will work with sales, business development, and subject matter experts to gather information and transform it into compelling written submissions.

The ideal candidate has excellent written English, strong research abilities, and keen attention to detail, with experience in proposal writing or tender management.

Qualificações

• A bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Excellent written English with strong grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong research and analytical skills to interpret tender documents.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments with deadlines.
• High attention to detail for compliance and accuracy.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and familiarity with templates and version control.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, edit, and develop comprehensive tender submissions, proposals, EOIs, PQQs, and RFIs.
• Review tender documents, client specifications, evaluation criteria, submission instructions, and contractual requirements.
• Develop bid plans, content checklists, and submission trackers to meet timelines.
• Gather technical information, company credentials, case studies, service descriptions, pricing inputs, and project references.
• Write clear, professional, and customer-focused responses that communicate expertise and value.
• Ensure compliance with formatting, declarations, and supporting-document requirements.
• Research prospective clients, industry developments, and public procurement information to strengthen content.
• Proofread submissions for grammar, spelling, consistency, and presentation.
