Job summary

Size Group is seeking a proactive Junior Bid Writer to join our head office on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support tender submissions, coordinate PQQs and expressions of interest, and maintain key records across tender portals.

Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills are essential, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience drafting, editing, and proofreading professional documents.
• Proactive, self-motivated with problem-solving mindset.
• Good at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience in administration or bids/marketing is advantageous.
• Knowledge of construction or tender/pre-construction processes beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tender submissions, maintain key systems and records.
• Produce high-quality written content and ensure opportunities are managed from enquiry to submission.
• Draft and update case studies, project profiles and bid content.
• Liaise with colleagues and external stakeholders to obtain information for responses.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
