Job summary

DFP Services Ltd is seeking a Bid Writer to join the growing Bid Team. Based remotely in Durham, you will source, collate and write tender submissions across multiple disciplines while liaising with internal stakeholders to gather evidence and ensure compelling, high-quality bids.

You will manage end-to-end submissions in a deadline-driven environment, crafting engaging case studies and method statements to highlight benefits for clients while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a bid writing role.
• Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple submissions.
• Excellent written communication and grammar.
• Strong workload organisation and time-management skills.
• Proficient with standard IT tools and software used in bid writing.

Responsibilities

• Develop high quality tender submissions and proposals.
• Write clear method statements highlighting benefits for clients.
• Gather information from internal stakeholders and evidence sources.
• Meet the Bid Plan requirements and timelines.
• Proofread documentation before review by Bid Manager.
• Coordinate communications between client and company across tender portals.
• Create company documentation including brochures and proposals.
