Job summary

Vadella Bidco Ltd is seeking a Bid Writer to join our Field Based Operations team. The role involves sourcing, collating and writing high-quality tenders across multiple disciplines, tailoring submissions to client requirements, and owning each bid from start to finish in deadline-driven environments.

You will liaise with internal stakeholders to gather evidence, develop compelling case studies and method statements, and present to clients when required.

Qualifications

• Demonstratable experience in a bid writing role.
• Capable of working in a deadline driven environment.
• Excellent written communication skills and grammar.
• Ability to organise workload with effective time management.
• IT Literate.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Bid Manager and Commercial Manager.
• Developing high quality tender submissions and proposals.
• Writing clear, focused method statements highlighting benefits.
• Communicating with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information and evidence.
• Meeting the requirements of the Bid Plan.
• Proofreading documentation before sending to the Bid Manager for review.
• Managing communication between the client and company throughout the bid process on a range of tender portals.
• Developing other company documentation including company brochures and proposals.
• Creating high quality graphics to support tender responses.
