Job summary

Siemens Energy in Leeds is seeking a Bid Manager to join the Transmission Services Sales Application and Offer Management team. You will drive the bid process from opportunity identification to proposal submission and operational handover, ensuring timely, high-quality tender responses that meet customer requirements.

Coordinate input from sales, engineering, finance and legal, maintain comprehensive bid documentation, and ensure compliance with tender rules and company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate bid opportunities and interpret technical and commercial scope.
• Prepare and develop compliant tender responses.
• Coordinate and edit input from multiple stakeholders (sales, engineering, finance, legal).
• Maintain bid documentation and pricing information for handover to operations.
• Analyze contract terms with legal/commercial teams and support post-tender negotiations.
