Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a professional to join the Transmission Services Sales Application and Offer Management team in a Hybrid role (Remote/Office) in the UK. You will manage the bid lifecycle from opportunity to handover, ensuring timely, compliant tender submissions that meet customer requirements.

You will coordinate input from sales, engineering, finance and legal, maintaining robust bid files and pricing information.

Qualifications

• Experience as bid manager or similar roles in a services business.
• Ability to plan, produce and deliver compliant proposals.
• Experience coordinating input from sales, engineering, finance and legal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the bid process from opportunity identification to proposal submission and handover.
• Ensure timely submission of high-quality tender responses meeting customer requirements.
• Coordinate input from multiple stakeholders and maintain bid documentation.
• Analyse contract terms and liaise with legal/commercial teams for tender returns and negotiations.
• Support business development and strengthen market position through bids.
