Job summary

Siemens Energy, Newcastle upon Tyne, is seeking a Bid Management Graduate to support the preparation, coordination and delivery of high-quality tenders while driving data-enabled improvements in processes and tooling. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering achieving a 2:1 grade or above.
• Proficient in using Excel/Power BI for data analysis and visualisation.
• Good understanding of data structures and data quality with interest in digitalisation, automation and AI.

Responsibilities

• Support the Bid Management team throughout the tender lifecycle by coordinating plans, inputs, governance, documentation and lessons learned.
• Collect, analyse and report bid data to develop KPIs and provide insights for management decisions.
• Identify and implement digital solutions, automation and AI opportunities to simplify bid processes and adopt new tools.
• Map and improve bid processes by standardising workflows, measuring benefits and promoting data-driven practices.
• Develop and maintain bid knowledge, templates and digital tools to improve information reuse and share lessons learned.
