AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Bid Manager in the UK to lead bid planning and execution for our Secure Government business. You will work with technical experts, consultants and account teams to produce compelling, compliant bids for MOD market opportunities.

You will manage the Bid Management Plan, budget, and win themes, while ensuring governance and timely handovers post-contract. Hybrid/remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering bids from inception through ITT and client interviews.
• Familiarity with Shipley bid processes and high-quality submissions.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to work with diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the Bid Management Plan and bid budget.
• Plan and schedule meetings and workshops.
• Develop the Bid Plan with the Bid Director.
• Collaborate with Client Directors to include client intelligence.
• Develop win themes and translate into storyboard and wireframes.
• Coordinate stakeholder and competitor analyses.
• Build the bid team across the business.
• Oversee commercial and pricing model reviews.
• Manage bid per Shipley processes and stage gates.
• Maintain CRM data and handover post-contract.
