Trimble is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive subscription software growth in the UK AECO market, focusing on Viewpoint and ProjectSight. You will hunt for mid-market opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, deliver ROI-focused demos, and collaborate with pre‑sales and customer success to win new customers.

A proven SaaS sales track record and MEDDPICC discipline are essential. Locations include Leeds, London, Milton Keynes, Newcastle or remote; travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the UK construction sector and mid-market players.
• Proven track record in New Business Development selling SaaS or tech to contractors and house builders.
• Experience with MEDDPICC and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
• Fluent English with strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and Close: Prospect for new business and manage the full sales cycle, from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closing
• Showcase Innovation: Deliver customised ROI company overviews and product demonstrations that highlight the value of our SaaS solutions
• Strategise for Success: Collaborate with technical pre-sales and customer success teams to execute tailored plans for landing high-impact new customers
• Own Your Pipeline: Manage a qualified pipeline and provide accurate forecasting for monthly and quarterly bookings using our sales process
• Master the Market: Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to position Trimble as the clear leader and differentiator
