Job summary

Responsibilities

• Tailor and deploy Viewpoint and ProjectSight software solutions to meet unique client needs across construction projects.
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding, system setup, and process mapping with clear documentation.
• Deliver engaging remote and onsite training sessions that empower teams to maximise software adoption.
• Cultivate lasting partner relationships, serving as a go-to expert and client advocate.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget using a consultative approach.

Salary: £39,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need an educational background or hands-on experience in construction, civil engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, or project management.
• We need proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with a strong commitment to outstanding outcomes.
• We need excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• We need a self-starter mindset with strong organisation and time management capabilities.
• Bonus points if we have experience with Viewpoint products, ProjectSight, or similar ConTech software platforms.
• Bonus points if we are familiar with ISO 19650 standards or industry best practices.
• Bonus points if we have a background in developing and leading structured training or enablement programs.
