ProperSites Agency is seeking self-employed Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to conduct discovery calls and convert them into paying clients. This is commission-only and fully remote within the UK. You will present how their current site costs compare to a new build, handle objections, and align the deal shape.

Final pricing sits with a Director in each territory. Commission is structured with high contractual percentages: 55% Launch and 50% Standard of Commissionable Build Revenue when

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing deals.
• Ability to run discovery calls without a deck.
• Comfort with booked calls rather than personal pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Handle discovery calls and understand client needs.
• Present the build and demonstrate cost implications to clients.
• Overcome objections and finalize deal shape; final price set by Director.
• Quote published tier prices when appropriate and avoid discounting.
