Job summary

Fintelligent Search Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Development Manager for bridging and development finance. The role is home-based with regional travel, and you will build relationships with brokers, identify funding opportunities, and drive new lending enquiries.

You’ll work with the Head of Sales to manage your regional pipeline, develop warm broker networks, and convert opportunities into funded deals while earning salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in bridging or development finance is required.
• Experience working with brokers and understanding property finance is essential.
• Ability to work independently from home and travel regionally.
• Strong relationship-building and proactive sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships within an existing warm broker network and proactively build new ones.
• Meet brokers in your region to understand funding requirements and generate enquiries.
• Identify introducer relationships and drive lending opportunities across your region.
• Collaborate with Head of Sales and team to progress opportunities and manage a regional pipeline.
