Fintelligent Search Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Development Manager for bridging and development finance. The role is home-based with regional travel, and you will build relationships with brokers, identify funding opportunities, and drive new lending enquiries.

You’ll work with the Head of Sales to manage your regional pipeline, develop warm broker networks, and convert opportunities into funded deals while earning salary plus commission.

Business Development Manager - Bridging & Development Finance, Home-based with regional travel

Salary: Negotiable DOE + Commission

The opportunity

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building broker relationships over the phone and is ready to develop those connections face to face. You’ll be home-based, travelling across your region as required to meet brokers, strengthen relationships and generate development finance opportunities.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing relationships within an existing warm broker network whilst proactively introducing and devloping new relationships.
• Meeting brokers across your region to understand their clients’ funding requirements.
• Identifying new introducer relationships and generating lending enquiries.
• Working closely with the Head of Sales and wider team to progress opportunities.
• Building and managing your regional sales pipeline.

• Internal sales or business development experience within bridging or development finance.
• Experience working with brokers and discussing property finance requirements.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to sales.
• The confidence and ambition to move into a field-based role.
• The ability to work independently from home and travel across your region.
