DEFC Group is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive Bridging and Development Finance growth across England and Wales. You will originate opportunities, nurture broker and intermediary relationships, and expand the lender's market presence.

The role rewards a commercial, relationship-driven professional with an established broker network and a proven ability to originate lending opportunities, while delivering strong negotiation and pipeline management.

Formación

• Experience within Bridging Finance and/or Development Finance.
• Established network of brokers, introducers or other direct sourcing relationships.
• Ability to originate new lending opportunities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Originating new Bridging and Development Finance enquiries.
• Developing and managing relationships with brokers, introducers and intermediary partners.
• Growing an existing network while identifying new business opportunities.
• Building a strong pipeline of quality lending opportunities.
• Working closely with the wider lending team to progress transactions through to completion.
• Representing the lender within the specialist finance market.
• Contributing to the wider growth strategy of the business.
