Job summary

Fintelligent Search Ltd in the UK bridging market is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow unregulated bridging business across conversion, refurbishment and development-exit lending. You’ll own your pipeline and broker relationships, with the backing of underwriting, credit, legal and operations to progress viable deals efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in bridging finance or specialist property lending within UK markets.
• Established network of brokers, introducers or property-finance intermediaries.
• Proven experience originating and converting specialist property lending opportunities.
• Strong understanding of the UK bridging market.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with brokers, introducers, developers and intermediaries to generate new bridging opportunities.
• Deliver agreed lending targets while managing pipeline, forecasting and conversion performance.
• Work closely with underwriting, credit, legal and operations teams to progress deals efficiently and improve customer outcomes.
• Identify new business opportunities, represent the lender in the market and help increase share within the bridging-finance sector.
