Scotlend Group, a fast-growing bridging loan provider, seeks a driven Business Development Manager to lead our London and Southern England expansion. This home-based role focuses on developing new business, nurturing introducer relationships, and driving loan origination across your territory.

You will work closely with the Glasgow and Manchester teams to coordinate cross-region activity, maintain a strong network of brokers and referral partners, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets in

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of business development experience in bridging or commercial finance.
• Strong network of brokers, introducers, and referral partners in London and the South.
• Proven track record of originating new business and meeting sales targets.
• Solid knowledge of bridging loan products and regional market dynamics.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement a strategic business development plan across London and the South.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new introducers such as mortgage brokers and wealth managers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Represent Scotlend at property finance events and networking functions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to loan drawdown with underwriting and operations teams.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to inform strategy.
• Maintain CRM records in Lendfusion and report to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and marketing teams for a seamless experience.
