Thompson & Terry Recruitment is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive in Oxfordshire. The role focuses on generating new business across the region, helping local businesses reach customers through radio advertising and sponsorship opportunities, with initial in-person training before transitioning to home-based work.

You will build your own sales pipeline through cold outreach, manage the full sales cycle from first contact to proposal, and work with the team to ensure advertisers

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with outbound calling experience.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Organised with excellent time management and follow-up.
• Motivated to work toward targets and manage own workload.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business across Oxfordshire through cold outreach.
• Identify prospects, start conversations, and develop opportunities into campaigns.
