Job summary

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are partnering with a growing Oxfordshire radio business to recruit a proactive Business Development Executive. Training in Eynsham, then home-based with regular office days, you will drive new business across Oxfordshire for radio advertising and sponsorship opportunities.

You will build a personal pipeline via cold outreach, hold meetings with business owners, and manage the full sales process from contact to agreement.

• Confident communicator with outbound calling experience.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent follow-up and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business across Oxfordshire through cold outreach.
• Build and manage your sales pipeline from outreach to proposal.
• Arrange meetings with business owners and tailor advertising opportunities.
• Lead the sales process from initial contact through negotiation and closure.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations and next steps, coordinating with the team.
