Thompson & Terry Recruitment are recruiting a proactive Business Development Executive to generate new business across Oxfordshire for a growing radio station. You will build your own pipeline through cold outreach, start conversations with business owners and develop opportunities into advertising campaigns and sponsorships.

Initially you will train in person before working remotely from home, managing the sales process from first contact through to proposal, negotiation and agreement, while

Formación

• Previous experience winning new business through cold outreach.
• A track record of working towards sales targets.
• Clear communication and strong listening skills.
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to follow up consistently and manage your own pipeline.
• Comfortable with cold calling, approaching prospective clients and discussing money.
• Previous experience within radio, advertising, sponsorship or wider B2B sales would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business across Oxfordshire by building a personal pipeline of prospects.
• Identify suitable radio advertising and sponsorship opportunities and present proposals.
• Convert conversations into advertising campaigns and sponsorship arrangements.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to proposal, negotiation and agreement.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations and next steps, and collaborate with the team for a smooth advertiser onboarding.
