Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Reliability Asset Manager in Bracknell. The role focuses on ensuring asset data accuracy, implementing a data-driven continual improvement plan and coordinating maintenance planning across a diverse campus of offices, labs and facilities.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years of asset management experience, strong IT literacy (MS Office, Excel, databases) and proficiency with CAFM/iFM hub.

Qualifications

• IT skills including MS Office, Excel, and databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital asset management (CMMS/CAFM) – iFM hub.
• Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
• Experience with asset management planning and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Understand and manage critical assets, their state and maintenance needs.
• Onboard FM/Infrastructure assets into CAFM/iFM hub systems.
• Develop and maintain data-driven sustenance and CapEx plans.
• Prepare accurate reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations managers for project handover and budgeting.
