Job summary

Axis Communications seeks an Architecture & Engineering Manager to bridge Axis with consultants and specifiers across the Midlands and South West, shaping how Axis solutions are discovered and designed. This home-office-based role covers the UK Midlands and South West region.

You will lead thought leadership, educate specifiers, and build a strong project pipeline while collaborating with global A&E peers, travelling regularly to strengthen relationships and share best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Strong ability to develop and execute business plans
• Engaging presentation and communication skills
• Experience building and nurturing professional networks and stakeholder relationships

Responsibilities

• Bridge Axis with the consultant community, ensuring solutions are understood and championed
• Drive thought leadership, educate specifiers, and build a project pipeline
• Cultivate relationships with A&E programme members and new consultants
• Advise consultants on specifications for Axis network products
• Educate the consultant community on industry challenges and position Axis as a trusted advisor
• Train specifiers on Axis design tools to improve system design accuracy and efficiency
• Define strategy aligned with regional priorities (EMEA/UK & Ireland)
• Collaborate with A&E peers to share best practices
