Excellent opportunity for a Security Design Engineer to join an innovative security systems company, working with highly prestigious clients on technically interesting projects.

Approaching their 50th Anniversary, this leading Midlands based company deliver innovative security solutions in a range of industries including banking, leisure and public safety. They are going from strength to strength and are seeking an additional Security Design Engineer to work on technically interesting projects.

In this role, you’ll be a key figure in the design and bid processes – essentially being the to-go-to-person between the sales and projects team. You’ll be producing quotations, estimation and schematic technical documents for interesting and highly specialised security system design projects. There will be a major focus on CCTV, IP video systems, wide area/wireless networking and systems integration. Video Content Analysis, Access Control Systems and Intruder Detection and Perimeter Detection Systems.

This can be a home based role with some travel out to conduct site surveys and bi‑monthly meetings in their Wolverhampton HQ.

THE ROLE:

• Working with sales team to produce designs, bids, estimations and quotation on projects

THE PERSON:
