Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an Engineering Manager (Audio Visual) for the North West, split between office and site with UK travel. You will lead the delivery of commercial AV projects from survey to handover, acting as the senior technical authority and mentor for engineers.

You will shape engineering standards, develop the team, improve processes, and drive technical excellence across multi‑sector installations in hospitality, retail, corporate and public sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial AV installations.
• Proven leadership experience managing engineers.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of AV projects from survey to handover.
• Act as senior technical point of contact for engineers and subcontractors.
• Support commissioning and complex installations.
• Develop engineers and improve processes.
• Ensure high installation standards across projects.
