Job summary

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Analysis & Reporting Manager for maternity cover. This fully remote role leads the Healthcare Analytics team, delivering high-quality dashboards and reports using PowerBI and SQL, with a focus on NHS data definitions and stakeholder collaboration.

You will manage day-to-day activities, develop the team and translate strategic priorities into operational plans.

Qualifications

• Masters level education or equivalent knowledge gained through relevant work experience.
• Information Management qualification.
• Expert user of Microsoft Excel and PowerBI to publish dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Analysis & Reporting team and ensure delivery of a high quality service.
• Turn priorities into clear operational plans and manage demand from stakeholders.
• Support home working with daily huddles and maintain effective communication.
• Deputise for the Head of Analysis & Reporting as required.
