Job summary

You will deliver RAG pipelines, embedding infrastructure, and orchestration across multi-cloud environments, while staying close to code and mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Python for AI/ML systems.
• Designing components that integrate into larger systems.
• Building reliable data pipelines for AI workloads.
• CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code for AI workloads.
• Evaluation harnesses for AI quality and guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Build & Delivery of AI components in production.
• Lead engineering practice within the squad and mentor engineers.
• Implement guardrails for Responsible AI in practice.
• Build secure-by-default, observable AI services.
• Transfer knowledge and uplift internal capabilites.
• Design sustainable, cost-efficient AI architectures.
